Muskmelon Balls and Dices

Muskmelon belongs to the Melon family and is one of the popular fruits in the tropical countries and is said to have originated in ancient Persia and Africa. It is a big round shaped fruit with a thick greenish white skin and an orange juicy, interior flesh. Muskmelon is said to have nutrients like Vitamin A, B & C, Magnesium, Potassium, Folic Acid, Sodium, Fiber and it is low in sugar and calories. Musk Melon helps to fight heart disease, reduce the risk of cancer, developing kidney stones and age related bone loss. It is also said to lower the blood pressure and helps to produce energy.
Free flowing Balls and dices are manually made from Non GMO, ripened, sorted and washed musk melons. Prepared balls are then passed through the individual quick freezer at -40°C and then sieved, inspected, packed and are finally passed through the metal detector. Overall processing is done by maintaining strict hygienic and product safety conditions.
