Product Description Papaya concentrate is obtained by mechanical process from sound, ripe papaya (Carica papaya - Caricaceae).The soluble solid contents of freshly extracted papaya pulp should not be less than min 9% m/m as determined by refractometer at 20°C, uncorrected by acidity and read as Brix in the Intenational Sucrose Scales.The concentrate is strained free from peels, other coarse parts of papaya and other impurities.
