Green Peas
Green pea is most commonly the small spherical green colour seed that are contained in a pod. Each pod can enclose 4 to 10 peas. On an average each pea is said to weigh between 0.1 and 0.36 grams. They are rich in nutrients like Vitamin A, C & B9, Protein and Carbohydrates but low in fat. These nutrients help the nerve function better, promote good intestinal health and is said to keep the energy in a human body steady.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Extraction of green pea pods from pods from pericerp(capsule) by mechanical pea-pading machine by using non-GMO,natural fresh green peas capsules.Sorting and subsequestly blancing at controlled temperature and immediate cooling.Then passed through individual Quick Freezer at-40°C and seived and passed through metal detector and packed by maintaining strict hygienic conditions through out the processing line.

BLANCHING EFFICENCY 1% Guaiacol and 0.5% Hydrogen peroxide test passes for effective Blanching.
