Water Melon Balls

Watermelon is a big oval shaped fruit with a thick greenish pink skin and a pinkish red juicy, interior flesh. This fruit is originally from Southern Africa, and is one of the most common types of melon. It is said to contain about 6% sugar and 92% water by weight. Water Melon is said to have nutrients like Vitamin A, C, B1 & B6, Magnesium, Potassium and lycopene. Water Melon helps to fight heart disease, reduces the risk of cancer, protects the eye from macular degeneration and helps to produce energy.
Free flowing Balls are manually made from Non GMO, ripened, sorted and washed water melons. Prepared balls are then passed through the individual quick freezer at -40°C and then sieved, inspected, packed and are finally passed through the metal detector. Overall processing is done by maintaining strict hygienic and product safety conditions.
