White Guava Puree

Guavas are fruits from the myrtle family and contain about 100 species of tropical shrubs and small trees. The fruits are round in shape; white inside with few seeds and has a green skin. Though they are not the native fruit of Southeast Asia, it is now cultivated and naturalized throughout the tropics. The sweet flavor and natural Vitamin C makes it a significant fruit . Vitamin C in Guava has antioxidants and can protect the body from free radicals, which may cause heart disease and cancer.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Guava Puree extraction from non-GMO, sorted sound ripened, washed fruits by Mechanical process. Cutting, Screening & separation to make Puree free from particles, impurities. Subsequent processing as commercial pasteurization , seaming, retorting to ensure safety & composition is as per International standards .Overall processing is by maintaining strictly hygienic conditions through out the processing line.
